Siena

What is extraordinary in italy is the fact that you travel through ages. Siena , in difference with Florence is a city that takes you back to the medieval era. The buildings of the same ocrah colours this time are not renaissantic. A great city full of bricks , small roads going up and down, and many places to sit and have lunch or just talk with your friends. A great duomo that you can’t even imagine how hard it was to build , with great art and sculpture in every part of it from beggining to end. A hill like city that has in it parts of renaissance but is clearly not it. You get the feeling of calmity, and somehow you relax walking in those streets. This city doesn’t make my heart ache from greatness but it makes me feel good and warm to be there. A beautifull city that can transfer you in another era and make you feel like you already know her.
